All remarks must be pre-approved. WAAHP reserves the right to determine the placement, size, format, and presentation of sponsor logos and recognition materials. Production deadlines apply; logo placement subject to vendor specifications and WAAHP approval. WAAHP will make reasonable efforts to facilitate promotional videos, slides, and presentations but is not responsible for technical or connectivity issues beyond its control.
